Toyota

240 patents for Toyota companies in Japan and the United States, from applications filed beginning in 2011. The applications came from more than fifty different lead inventors.

How this list was compiled: from the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Public Search database. It includes every issued patent whose front page names Jon Burbage or Burbage Law as attorney; plus 64 patents from applications he wrote at Patent Law Works between 2009 and 2013, whose front pages name only that firm or a firm that later took over the file, identified from his own files and the patent office record and confirmed by him; plus 21 Jaunt patents from applications he filed that issued after the portfolio passed to Verizon, whose front pages name no attorney. Patents from his years at Fenwick & West name only the firm on their front pages and are not included.
